Cable harnesses and complete modules
Production of complete cable harnesses for rolling stock is not only very demanding regardless of whether this concerns production itself, logistics, or processing of documentation, but also to a substantial extent also entails great responsibility for processing precision and quality, which is required in connection with the mass transportation of people. 

In order to ensure one hundred percent quality and functionality, we use base and assembly tables of our own production with a length of up to 25 m that simulate the precise installation position in the train. These assembly tables are already ready for complete electrical testing of cable harnesses with more than 3,000 connecting points. The tested wiring harnesses are subsequently transferred directly to the train assembly site where they are installed into the roofs, ceilings, floors, cabins, brakes and bogies of the train sets.

Earthing cables and conductors
A further specialization is the assembly of highly flexible copper cables (DIN 46438) and earthing conductors including straight or angle cable rings. The main usage is interconnection of areas for protection against dangerous electric shock. The cables are processed in cross-sections from 0.5 mm2 to 300 mm2 using special hydraulic presses with a dual pressing system with a force of up to 250 kN to ensure maximum gas tightness and a firm joint.

Battery cables

We make battery cables for connection of cells in the battery packs of the traction system of electric locomotives and cars. For these purposes, we process single and double-sheath cables, which are fitted with the same cable-ends and pressed using the same technology as applies to earthing cables and conductors. Unlike earthing cables and conductors, the cable ends used here are additionally insulated using shrink pieces.
