Due to its spread in use in normal life and in the industrial environment, production of cables for machinery and equipment takes up a larger share of our production. Since in the case of machinery and equipment great emphasis is placed on reliability, speed and precision, a quality internal electrical system that we can guarantee you is essential. These systems are made of simple interconnections all the way to complicated wiring harnesses or electromechanical subgroups.

We have experience in the production of cable assemblies for machining tools, construction machines, cooling or heating equipment, handling equipment, printing machines, automatic machines and common consumer electronics.

This is a very wide area of production, where each has its own specifics in terms of the materials and production processes used.

Temperature resistance
Often, our products are used in an environment with high or low temperatures, which require the adequate usage of material for contacts, connectors through conductors and cables that, for instance, in silicone or Teflon insulation resist temperatures from -65°C to +200 °C.

Protection against external influences and interventions
We protect conductors and cables with plastic or metallic protective tubes, which may differ according to the material composition or bending flexibility depending on the mode of laying or the environment in which the conductors and cables are installed. We further use PET, PA, PP braiding or EMV shielding braiding, PVC and textile bandage strips, insulated hoses and glass fibre hoses with a silicone coating.
